Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal. If you sell to consumers in the EU, they may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, the buyer must send us a clear statement. Contact details for withdrawal: [name, postal address, email, phone].

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed. Who pays the cost of returning the goods: [state clearly].

This is a skeleton, not finished legal wording. Before selling to German consumers, replace it with the official model instruction (Muster-Widerrufsbelehrung) and the model withdrawal form, and have both reviewed.
