Returns & refunds

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Some items — such as perishable goods, personalized products, and hygiene items — cannot be returned unless faulty.
